PREPOSITIONS OF PLACE: IN, ON AT
Usually, we use:
- At for point.
- In for an enclosed place.
- On for a surface.
Examples:
AT:
At the door
At the corner
At the bus stop
At the reception
ON:
On the table
On the wall
On the carpet
On the ceiling
IN:
In the classroom
In the garden
In a box
In the pocket
